Melatonin Sleep Aid For Getting Better Sleep

Some people take melatonin for insomnia to help regulate their normal sleep cycle. It supplements the natural melatonin produced by your pineal gland. It responds to the amount of light or darkness in the environment and helps maintain your circadian rhythm. Your circadian rhythm is the cycles your body actually goes through on a daily basis.
